The venue is clean. Excellent and perfect location right by restaurants, shops, and sodas on Pastor Diaz and the jungle. The hotel offers outstanding milk and chocolate for breakfast. Well-maintained rooms complete with bathrooms, a patio. Staff is especially helpful and very amiable.

The location is stunning, and there are many activities available. The breakfast was inclusive and wonderful. The beds in our family room were nice. The staff was hard-working, helpful, and delightful. Excellent services included free wake-up calls and ironing.

The pool area was very clean and the location was magnificent and perfect, not far from the parks and nearby shops and restaurants. Our room was well-kept and reasonably large, included with simple things like blankets and balconies and bathrooms.

Great and fab setting in the lovely area, near to the jungle, the mountains or the jungle, and convenient. Again, not far from Bambu. Variety of appetising food for meals.

The staff here is super friendly and really top-notch. The vibe is very family-oriented, which I personally liked. My room was awesome - it looked brand-new and was very well-maintained, plus it had an easily accessible bathroom🙂.

The hot chocolate and milk for breakfast were outstanding! Our room was excellent, very clean, with a balcony, bar, and WiFi. The location was great for exploring the beach area, close to the beach, Juan Manuel park, and zip lining.
